ROOM BOOKING POLICY

BRG Hospitality offers online booking services for hotels on this Site. Any booking made through this Site is an agreement between the individual making the booking (“Guest”) and the hotel (“Hotel”). The booking will be subject to the terms and conditions applied by the Hotel at any given time, as well as the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the courts in the country where the Hotel is located. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings at its sole discretion for any reason.

BRG Hospitality assumes no legal responsibility or liability for any third-party costs, claims, or expenses. Similarly, the hotel will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Guest, or related to the Guest traveling to and/or from the Hotel, such as flights, ground transportation, communications, insurance, lost property, medical services, etc.

Please note that different terms, conditions, and cancellation policies will apply depending on the promotion, room type, or rate selected. Be sure to read the detailed room rate information provided before making an online booking. You should verify the room rate details before making an online booking.
Once your booking is completed, a confirmation code will be displayed on the screen. You should record this number. You will also receive an email containing this confirmation code as well as your booking details.

In the event of a booking cancellation, you will need to provide the confirmation code mentioned above as well as the surname of the guest used to make the booking. The Hotel is not legally responsible for cases of death or injury to guests due to negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation intended to gain benefits.

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Vietnam, and the courts of Vietnam will have jurisdiction over any matters arising from or related to these terms and conditions.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

Exchange rates are based on public sources and are provided for reference purposes only. Room rates are guaranteed only in the hotel’s local currency. The exchange rate information on this Site is believed to be accurate, but the hotel does not guarantee or warrant its accuracy.

  • No fee for payment via Visa/Master/American Express cards
  • All promotional rates include 10% tax and 5% service charge

  • Check-in: from 14:00
  • Check-out: no later than 12:00

Early Check-in Policy

  • Early check-in is subject to room availability
  • Half-day charge applies for early check-in from 9:00 – 14:00 depending on room availability
  • Full-day charge applies for early check-in before 9:00 depending on room availability

Guarantee Policy

  • A valid credit card will be required at the time of booking;
  • For bookings made with a credit card, the card presented at check-in must be the same as the one used at the time of booking;
  • Management reserves the right to cancel any booking without notice if we are informed of any fraudulent or illegal activities related to the full payment.

Child Policy

  • Children under 6 years old: free breakfast for 1 child under 6 years old sharing bed with parents
  • Children from 6 to under 12 years old: free of charge for sharing bed with parents, extra breakfast charge of 235,000++/child/night/room
  • Children 12 years old and above are considered as adults
  • Extra bed charge of 1,200,000++/bed/room/night

Cancellation/Amendment Policy: This policy outlines the procedure for handling booking cancellations:

  • If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours prior to arrival, no charge will be applied
  • If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours, including bookings made during this period, the first night’s charge plus taxes will apply
  • In the event of a no-show, 100% of the room rate and taxes will be charged and non-refundable
  • All promotional rates are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Complaints and Feedback:

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. Any complaints or feedback related to your stay at our hotel should be reported to the hotel’s duty manager during your stay so that we can assist in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • Therefore, you have the legal authority and capacity to agree to the stated Terms voluntarily.

However, if you are under 18 years old: you must have consent from your parent or legal guardian, their acceptance of these Terms, and their agreement to be responsible for: (i) your actions; and (ii) your acceptance and compliance with these Terms.
